It was good. The museum is incredible but their app could use improvement. I would recommend including the guided audio with the ticket. Also the boat cruise was ok. The audio was in another language so it was not useful. The QR code would not load. So we just looked around and enjoyed the ride. I would not recommend the package overall. There are better ways to visit the museum or just go in a guided boat trip.
Rijksmuseum is an all around excellent experience! Art, history, beautiful gardens and sculpure. Air conditioning was a bonus on a hot day! I would give this a 5 star review if it were museum only. The canal tour was in a partially covered boat which seemed to trap the heat. Unfortunately, the audio guide and boat captain couldn't really offer much of a distraction from the heat.
